Adula and accolades

The Hotel Adula holds a four-star rating under the Swiss classification system together with the Swiss hotel industry's seal of quality. Its health and fitness spa, LA MIRA, meets the exacting specifications of "WellnessPlus". The hotel's Barga Restaurant was awarded 15 points in the GaultMillau Guide for 2008.

Adula and Alpenarena

Alpenarena perfectly describes the breathtaking mountain scenery surrounding the villages of Flims, Laax and Falera in the Swiss canton of Graubünden's Surselva region.

Adula and its Annual Report

Hotel Adula's financial year runs from 1 November to 31 October. Last financial year, 2004-2005, Hotel Adula enjoyed a record winter season, a satisfactory summer season and a splendid autumn season. The result was the second-best financial year in the hotel's history, which spans more than a century. The Adula is now run by the third generation of the Hotz family. This success is an endorsement of the hotel's winning formula and provides resources for ongoing investment in innovation. A big thank you is due to all our staff for their outstanding hard work and commitment.

Adula and arrival

Turn off the N13/E43 motorway at exit 19, signposted Reichenau/Flims. After 13 kilometres, or roughly 10 minutes' drive, you will see Flims before you. If you are using public transport, take a train to Chur railway station, from where a post bus takes you direct to Flims-Waldhaus central bus station. Guests at the Adula can be collected by prior arrangement, though the hotel is just 400 metres away. If you are planning to get here by taxi from Chur, you need to budget for a fare of around CHF 100. The road from Reichenau to Flims is open all year round.
