Low- and high-level hiking

The Alpenarena boasts more than 250 km of marked footpaths,
at altitudes ranging from 600 to 3000 m. Guided walks are offered during the summer months, subject to favourable weather. In summer and autumn, Adula guests can follow a panoramic, 13.5 km culinary trail, starting off with the aperitif, and moving on, course by course, to soup, hors d’oeuvre, main course and dessert. Vouchers may be bought at any time from the hotel Reception. Reopening of the first climbing path in Switzerland “Il Pinut”.

Nordic walking

Nordic walking poles and pedometers may be borrowed free of charge from the LA MIRA Health and Fitness Centre, from 8.00 to 20.00 daily. There are several guided tours weekly, led by Nordic walking trainers. Flims offers marked Nordic walking trails for different levels of ability. Private lessons may be booked for a fee.

Mountain biking

Flims has a Mountain bike-Park with 237 km of marked routes. Information on the routes is available from the Hotel Adula Reception, where also a bike can be rented on a daily charge. For guests who bring their own bike, we offer garaging and cleaning facilities.
