Adula and health advice

LA MIRA health & fitness spa is open for health advice continuously from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. hours daily. Two qualified health and fitness trainers and other specialists advise guests (ladies and gentlemen) on matters of movement, relaxation, nutrition and training, including drawing up an individual training plan.

Adula and holidays

The Adula is a typical mountain holiday hotel with a winter season from early December to Easter. The summer/autumn season commences at the beginning of May and extends until the end of October. In addition to the standard holiday weeks, Hotel Adula also offers short breaks of two to five days.
