A gourmet experience at the Hotel Adula begins with the sumptuous breakfast buffet, which lasts until 11:30 am, and includes fresh baked goods, a bio and vitamin corner, prosecco, fine marmalades and honey, and tasty regional delights. Our «à la carte» menu will help you decide what you desire among the specialties for a fine meal in our LA CLAV Restaurant. |
For daily excursions, our guests receive an optional packed lunch for a picnic while underway. Specialties are available from 2 pm to 6 pm, and tea and cake is served at no charge to our guests in the hotel lounge from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Barkeeper Thomas Wurzenberger will mix cocktails and serve drinks, wine and champagne by the glass during happy hour. Every evening, half-board guests can choose from a broad range of fine menu selections and local specialties.
5-course menus, one of which is vegetarian, are being served at the Dinner-Restaurant. The Restaurant LA CLAV with genuine Swiss specialties and the renowned gourmet Restaurant BARGA, awarded 14 points by Gault Millau, are available for a la carte wishes. Both serve up culinary delights by chef de cuisine Mike Zarges, chef de service Michael Oestmann and their team designed to indulge every palate.
Half-board guests, who order «à la carte» in the hotel or eat elsewhere, will receive a credit. Children can select something from our children’s menus and can eat before dinner begins if they want.
We have a wide selection of about 150 different wines from fine vineyards in France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Switzerland at reasonable prices. |
